General Rules

I. User Registration

  1. To use the services provided by the OPERATOR, the USER must first register by completing the online registration form and agreeing to these General Rules.
  2. When completing the registration form, the USER must:
    • Provide accurate and truthful information, including a valid email address and other required details;
    • Update these details within 7 days of any changes.
  3. If the USER submits false information or fails to update changes within the specified time, the OPERATOR may:
    • Immediately suspend or terminate services and the USER's registration without prior notice.

II. User Name and Password

  1. The USER must create a unique user name and password during registration. If the user name is available, the USER gains access to the OPERATOR's website.
  2. The OPERATOR is not liable for:
    • The authenticity of the user name or details provided by the USER;
    • Whether the user name infringes third-party rights, including intellectual property rights.
  3. The USER is responsible for:
    • Protecting their user name and password;
    • Ensuring all activities under their account comply with these rules.
  4. The USER must:
    • Take reasonable steps to protect their credentials;
    • Notify the OPERATOR immediately in case of unauthorized access.

III. Rights and Obligations of the User

  1. The USER may terminate the use of services at any time.
  2. The USER must not upload, share, or use materials that:
    • Violate Bulgarian laws, international laws, or ethical standards;
    • Promote discrimination or illegal activities;
    • Contain child pornography or links to such content;
    • Infringe on intellectual property or third-party rights;
    • Promote violence or hatred.
  3. The USER agrees:
    • Not to impersonate others or mislead others about their identity;
    • To report damaged files promptly to the OPERATOR;
    • Not to use malicious techniques like pop-ups or blind links.

IV. Rights and Obligations of the Operator

  1. The OPERATOR ensures the service is available but is not liable for damages unless caused intentionally.
  2. The OPERATOR may save and provide information to authorities if necessary to protect rights or comply with legal obligations.

V. Protection of Personal Data

  1. By registering, the USER consents to the processing of their personal data.
  2. The USER has the right to access and amend their data according to the Personal Data Protection Act.
  3. The OPERATOR must:
    • Protect the USER's personal data;
    • Specify which data is mandatory or optional during registration.
  4. The OPERATOR may use the USER's data for:
    • Providing services, promotions, and surveys;
    • Statistical or research purposes.

VI. Other Clauses

  1. If the USER provides an invalid email address, statements from the OPERATOR are still considered delivered.
  2. If a clause is deemed void, it will not affect the validity of the remaining clauses.
  3. All disputes will be resolved according to Bulgarian law in the Bulgarian courts.
